Hello all, I'm Kelsey, the Program Coordinator for L.L.Bean's Outdoor Discovery Program based out of the Paramus, NJ store. We teach outdoor activities at Terhune Memorial Park and Captain Kilroy Park in Wayne, NJ, and we're hiring for the 2023 season! I'm on the lookout for kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, archery, and fly-casting instructors. We're a friendly group who work to create a culture of respect and inclusion in our community.
